Torrell was great. I had a sudden flat tire and found his number in a google search. Gave him a quick call and he was finishing up a job in Alexandria and could make it over to McLean in 35 minutes once he finished up. He texted me about every 10 minutes with an ETA to let me know he wasn’t fair away. The spare needed air and he was able to pump it up and throw it on the car. In total I was back on the road in 10-15 minutes and off to my next stop. Pricing was extremely fair and there was no middle man dispatch. I knew the price up front and was able to use Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cashapp for payment. He was kind and worked quickly to get me on my way. I would like to recognize Torrel from TB Roadside Assistance for his outstanding service. He came to help me with a flat tire in the heart of Washington DC… it’s took him less than 15 minutes to find me and start replacing my flat tire. As I was  preparing to leave, my car suddenly wouldn't start. Without hesitation, Terrell stayed and helped jump-start my vehicle as well. Throughout the entire experience, he was professional, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier because of his willingness to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate his dedication to helping customers and ensuring I was safely back on the road. I didn’t know what I was going to do with the nail that ended up in my tire this Saturday. Somehow someway I googled something about fixing a tire and I got Torrell at TB Roadside Assistance.
