A Safe Work Area Is Essential
A tire change may not be safe next to fast-moving traffic, on a steep incline or on unstable ground. If the location does not provide a safe work area, the vehicle may need to be moved or towed. Severe wheel, suspension or accident damage may also require towing rather than a tire change.
For a standard mobile tire change, the vehicle should have a safe, compatible and usable spare. Call to discuss available alternatives if no spare is present.
Repair availability depends on the tire condition and the services currently offered. Sidewall damage, major cuts and some punctures cannot be repaired safely.
