FLAT TIRE HELP

Mobile Tire Change Service Where You Are

A flat tire does not have to derail your entire day. If your vehicle has a safe, usable spare, TB Roadside Assistance can help remove the damaged tire and install the spare at your location.

Flat Tire Assistance for Common Roadside Situations

Before service, tell us which tire is affected, whether you have a spare and whether the vehicle is parked on a stable, accessible surface. We will also need the vehicle year, make and model.

Our standard roadside tire-change message should focus on installing a customer-provided, usable spare. Tire replacement, inflation or repair options must only be promoted after the owner confirms exactly what is carried or supplied.

A Safe Work Area Is Essential

A tire change may not be safe next to fast-moving traffic, on a steep incline or on unstable ground. If the location does not provide a safe work area, the vehicle may need to be moved or towed. Severe wheel, suspension or accident damage may also require towing rather than a tire change.

For a standard mobile tire change, the vehicle should have a safe, compatible and usable spare. Call to discuss available alternatives if no spare is present.

Repair availability depends on the tire condition and the services currently offered. Sidewall damage, major cuts and some punctures cannot be repaired safely.

Tell us before service. Locking lug nuts may require the matching key, and its absence can change the available options.

It depends on access, clearance and whether there is a safe, level work area. Provide the garage location and clearance details when calling.
