Confirm the Fuel Type Before Dispatch
Using the wrong fuel can seriously damage a vehicle. Check the fuel-door label, owner's manual or other reliable vehicle information before requesting delivery. We will also need the vehicle year, make and model.
Fuel Delivery Solves an Empty Tank, Not Every No-Start Problem
Some vehicles may take additional time or steps to restart after running completely out of fuel. If the engine does not start, another problem may be present and towing or mechanical diagnosis may be required.
The amount and fuel-delivery terms should be confirmed when you call. The objective is typically to help the driver continue to a nearby fuel station, subject to the actual service offered.
Call to confirm the fuel types currently available. Never assume the fuel type based only on the vehicle’s appearance.
